We’re looking for Tournament Directors, Help Room Coordinators, Judge Room Coordinators, and general staff to support our growing slate of online tournaments and events.

National Online Forensics (NOF) is a leader in online speech and debate tournaments, providing high-quality, accessible competition opportunities for students across the country. Our mission is to empower young minds through critical thinking, public speaking, and effective communication—all from the convenience of an online platform.
Positions Available:
Assistant Tournament Directors:
As a Tournament Director, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and overall success of our tournaments. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who can manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
Help Room Coordinators:
Help Room Coordinators serve as the first point of contact for participants during tournaments. You’ll assist with technical issues, provide guidance, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all competitors, judges, parents, and coaches. Great customer service is a must.
Judge Room Coordinators:
Judge Room Coordinators play a key role in managing judges during tournaments. You will ensure judges are properly assigned to rounds, address any questions or concerns they may have, and maintain clear communication to keep the tournament on track. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at multitasking and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Experience in speech and debate is a plus, but we are happy to train enthusiastic and motivated individuals. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Comfort with technology and online platforms
- Availability during weekends (when most tournaments occur)
