How to Congress

The Speech and Debate community is continuously evolving and when something great comes around, we want to make sure you know about it. Recently we came across HowtoCongress.com, a Congress debate camp that runs throughout the debate season run by a recent National Congress debate winner.

We like it because it runs alongside debate tournaments, meaning competitors have an opportunity to refine the tools and skills they learn at camp throughout the season.
