Community Spotlight: Debatetrack

Debatetrack logo www.debatetrack.com

Public forum, like all forms of debate is an evolving art. Success requires dedication and practice. A lot of practice.

National Online Forensics likes to spotlight resources within the community that allow students and coaches to hone their art and become better debaters. DebateTrack.com is a great free resource for public forum coaches and students.

Joel Mounts is a debate coach veteran and developed Debatetrack.com in an effort to give his public forum students more resources to practice and improve. Debatetrack breaks down public forum debate for students and coaches, providing information how to debate and giving free exercises to practice, practice, practice. The website offers a trove of topics, free lectures, presentations, evidence, blocks and quizzes. New lectures and presentations are published frequently both on the website and on the Debatetrack YouTube channel.

The website will soon branch out to include policy debate and offers more extensive coaching tools for purchase.
